At Air Titans, we believe in rewarding both your hard work and your commitment to customer satisfaction.

Here's how it works:

‍Base Salary

Newcomers will receive a base salary with a reduced commission structure to get used to the commission pay structure.

Benefits

We will cover 50% of all health, vision and dental premiums for our technicians.

Sales Commissions

As you climb the ranks you will be eligible for up to 20% of all sales you make.

Review Bonus

Get paid $20-$50 for every 5 star review you receive for our company. Top Technicians earn over $1,000/mon just from providing customers 5 star service!

As a Tech, you'll start with a base salary while earning up to 10% sales commission. This structure allows us to invest in your training and gives you time to become comfortable with our commission system. Once you advance to Sr. Tech, you'll transition to a commission-only role, significantly increasing your earning potential. This progression is designed to ensure you're fully prepared for success while maximizing your income as you grow with us.

Spend a day with either our CEO or Training Manager, Dave. This paid experience ($100) includes hotel and gas reimbursement, allowing us to assess your fit with our culture and vice versa.

Checks and verification

If all goes well, we'll conduct background and reference checks to ensure you're the right fit for our team.
